Nedre Foss - Platå Tray
$248.00

Platå – a solid wood tray, designed by Anderssen & Voll.

The tray is inspired by solid wood tool handles, wooden hat blocks, shoe blocks and molds for shaping mittens or gloves. “Platå is directly inspired by a vintage mitten mold we came across during a workshop at the Hancock Shaker Village in Massachusetts. The asymmetrical gesture of the tray mimics a hand presenting the stuff you store as something of value and importance.“

Platå is milled from one piece of solid ash. Smaller knots and variations in grain and color will occur. The surface is finished with a food-safe wax oil made from natural organic ingredients.

Weight - 930g

Material - Solid Ash.

Dimensions - H 125 mm, B 80 mm, L 220 mm.

Nedre Foss - Sirkel - Tealight Candle Holder
$48.00

Sirkel – a tea light holder made from solid color press glass designed by Anderssen & Voll, in Norway.

Sirkel is the Norwegian word for circle. The color intensity shifts with the changing thickness of the material, leaving the impression of a solid ring of denser color. Sirkel is designed to be a tea light holder, however it is just as nice as purely a glass object – especially if it’s in a window sill catching sunlight.

The idea was to create dramatic contrast between the delicately dimensioned, close to clear bottom cup holding a massive ring of more opaque color, seemingly hovering over the table top.

Weight - 330g

Material - solid color press glass

Dimensions - W 100 mm, B 50 mm
